Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days via Australia Post.

International orders are handled by DHL commerce, who then hand over to your local postal agency for delivery. We ship within 1 business day. Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

We are NOT responsible for your product once it leaves the warehouse as it is handled by AusPost. We will help however we can, but we do not personally handle the delivery, so please contact AusPost first.

Returned to Sender parcels incur a 20% restocking fee. (Please ensure correct address and contact local post office for inquiries).
